We had a small get together with friends. It was a perfect opportunity to act as dumb as we looked.

Beck turns 4!

Beck turned 4 in September. He chose a "rocket-ship" theme which was a little bit of a challenge for mommy. It was also the first birthday party he has had where he was able to invite "friends," which was also a challenge, but he had a great time.

This was a fun one. A hayride at Uncle Joey and Aunt Djuana's followed by joint gifts that I don't have to keep at my house. Yay!

We had an engagement party for Amanda and Laz a few weeks ago at Sandra and Jeremy's house. It turned out really well and we are so happy for both of them. Special thanks to Valerie Skinner of Storybook Photography for helping us capture the night.

Murder at the Four Dueces

We hosted a Murder Mystery last night for New Year's Eve. We transformed Sandra and Jeremy's house into a 1920's Speakeasy and everyone dressed their parts. It was SO fun and I think we are going to make it into an annual event.
